No flooring experience is required; we provide product and industry training while you bring strong sales skills, prospecting ability, and a customer-focused mindset to grow our local presence.

Mansioni

• Develop new business and build a sales pipeline.
• Prospect for new customers via phone, email, referrals, and networking.
• Identify potential clients such as property managers, builders, and local businesses.
• Schedule and attend prospect and customer meetings outside showroom when appropriate.
• Coordinate measurements, estimates, and quotes; present proposals.
• Maintain active customer relationships through the sales process and installation.
