You’ll be the first point of contact for customers visiting our showroom — guiding them through material selections, providing product education, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying sales experience from start to finish.**Primary Responsibilities:*** Learn and become confident discussing our full range of countertop materials and design options through company-provided training.* Greet and assist customers in the showroom, helping them choose products that meet their design and project needs.* Guide customers through viewing slab and remnant inventory; assist with tagging selections and processing sample requests.* Accurately complete all related paperwork, including Customer Worksheets, Material Tagging Forms, and Policy Signoffs.* Build and maintain rapport with customers throughout the sales process via phone, email, and in-person communication.* Close walk-in retail sales by preparing quotes, collecting deposits, and submitting finalized orders to the Account Manager.* Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project handoffs and customer satisfaction.* Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom environment; restock samples and marketing materials as needed.## Qualifications**Required Experience:*** 1–3 years of experience in showroom sales, home improvement, or the kitchen and bath remodeling industry.* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, customer-focused attitude.* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.* Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.* Proficiency with basic computer programs (email, CRM systems, Microsoft Office, etc.).**Preferred:*** **Education:** Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Business, Marketing, or a related field.* Familiarity with countertop materials, remodeling processes, or design trends is a plus, but not required — we provide comprehensive training.Benefits:* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Health savings account* Paid time off* Referral program* Vision insuranceCompensation: $22.00 hour plus monthly add on incentives.
