Eastern Surfaces is seeking a motivated Countertop Installer Helper to support our team in Pennsylvania. You will assist the Lead Countertop Installer with loading materials, carrying stone slabs, and prepping installation sites while maintaining a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass a background check.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor daily.
• Able to read and use a tape measure accurately.
• Experience in stone fabrication or general construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Countertop Installer with loading materials and tools onto the truck.
• Safely carry and position stone slabs with team members and lift aids.
• Prepare installation areas and keep work areas and vehicle clean and organized.
• Support installation procedures such as leveling, seaming, polishing, and hand tool use.
• Assist with site needs and repairs and clean up after installation.
