Exquisite Surfaces in San Francisco is seeking a Showroom Sales Assistant to support our sales team in daily showroom operations, including sales, marketing, merchandising and client service. Based in our SF showroom, this full-time role offers growth within the sales division and a chance to contribute to a luxury interior design brand known for premium materials.

• Bachelor's degree or enrolled in bachelor’s program.
• Enthusiastic to learn and grow in the A&D industry.
• Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• AutoCAD proficiency is a plus but not required.
• Multitasking and workload prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining our CRM system.
• Shipping samples.
• Managing the sample library.
• Accepting all deliveries.
• Improving organization in existing systems.
• Assisting clients in the showroom, on the phone and via email.
• Outside sales support and lead generation.
• Maintaining product merchandising and showroom aesthetic.
• Measuring take-offs from architectural floor plans (If Auto CAD Proficient).
• Basic drawings in Auto CAD (If Auto CAD Proficient).
• Supporting a healthy atmosphere for clients and team members that promotes company values.

Role Description:

The Showroom Sales Assistant is responsible for assisting and supporting our sales team in all daily operations of the showroom, encompassing tasks in sales, marketing, merchandising and customer service.

This full-time position will report directly to our Showroom Sales Manager. It is based in our beautiful San Francisco showroom and has great potential for growth within our sales division.
