Responsibilities

• Assist salespeople with day-to-day processes.

• Help with paperwork for returns.
• Assist Manager with developing tools and procedures to streamline work processes.
• Be involved in product selections for the showroom.
• Be involved in growing the customer base and develop relationships with prospective clients.
• Data entry and record retention/organization.
• Follow up on orders and claims.
• Keep current on the wide selection of floors offered and warranties.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Work effectively with other store employees.
• Receive payments or obtain credit authorization.
• Follow up timely and professionally with customers on requests or concerns.
• General office duties.
