Qualifications

• Prior experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory coordination.
• Proficiency with inventory/procurement workflows and basic business documentation.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Ability to work with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central buyer and logistics specialist for showroom plumbing supplies procurement.
• Generate, review, and issue purchase orders using our system.
• Assist in resolving purchasing discrepancies, backorders, and damaged shipments.
• Coordinate with Showroom Consultants and Branch Managers to maintain inventory levels.
• Monitor market trends and vendor cost changes.
• Assist in coordinating transfers and returns of excess inventory.
• Build productive relationships with manufacturers and local representatives.
