Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5+ years of purchasing or procurement experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of plumbing products, fixtures, fittings, pipes, and related materials.
• Proficiency in procurement software (FishBowl), ERP systems, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to achieve savings.

• Manage supplier relationships by fostering partnerships that maintain reliable supply chains.

• Assess and mitigate risks related to potential supply chain disruptions, with contingency plans.

• Ensure compliance and quality by aligning purchases with regulations and company standards.
• Lead procurement teams while collaborating across departments to drive operations.
