Brobston Group LLC seeks an Operations Manager to oversee showroom operations and back-of-house functions, ensuring procedures and tools run smoothly to deliver an exceptional client experience.

The role supports sales efforts, drives process efficiencies, and enforces procedural compliance while collaborating with management and sales teams. Reports to the Showroom Director and leads inventory control and service department oversight.

Qualifications

• Requires experience in operations within a service-related or retail environment.
• Education: high school diploma or college degree required.
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; comfortable with POS and SAP systems.
• Organized, detail oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee showroom operations and back-of-house functions to support client experience.
• Onboard and train new hires on processes and systems.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and schedule security as needed.
• Oversee inventory control, cycle counts, and merchandise discrepancy reconciliation.
• Manage the Service Department in coordination with the Repair Manager.
• Support floor coverage and client interactions to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with visual merchandising to maintain brand image and displays.
• Promote loss prevention, cash controls, and inventory management.
• Ensure timely processing of mail, checks, invoices, and other operational tasks.
• Maintain digital fluency in POS and SAP and provide training as required.
