Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations coordination, facilities support, or project coordination.
• Experience working with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and prioritizing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support showroom readiness for client visits, events, and presentations.
• Coordinate relocations and transitions, including packing and vendor logistics.
• Assist with maintaining SOPs, asset records, and operational documentation.
