Key Responsibilities

Showroom Operations & Sales

Oversee daily showroom operations, ensuring the space is organized, welcoming, and ready for customers.

Manage showroom opening and closing procedures.

Greet and assist retail customers, interior designers, and trade professionals.

Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective trade clients.

Assist customers with product selections, pricing, availability, and purchases.

Prepare quotes, respond to inquiries, and follow up on sales opportunities.

Maintain showroom displays, merchandising, and product presentation.

Social Media & Marketing

Create and manage social media content for both the interior design firm and its retail showroom.

Develop and maintain content calendars and consistent posting schedules.

Produce Instagram posts, stories, reels, and other digital content.

Photograph and film showroom products, new arrivals, design projects, and behind-the-scenes activities.

Edit photos and videos to maintain a polished and consistent brand image.

Write captions and assist with social media engagement and inquiries.

Collaborate with the design team to coordinate project photography and marketing content.

Support promotional campaigns, showroom events, and marketing initiatives.

Monitor social media performance and identify opportunities for audience growth and engagement.

Administrative & Office Support

Qualifications

Required Qualifications
