Indochino’s Boston showroom is seeking a dynamic Sales Lead to drive daily sales, manage the floor, and coach a small team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee fittings, appointments, and client relationships while ensuring operational excellence and adherence to brand standards.

The role requires leadership, retail experience, and a passion for menswear. Evening and weekend availability is expected in this fast-paced showroom environment.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years in retail or customer service.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Keen understanding of menswear products, fit, and tailoring processes.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and lead a team during high-energy situations.
• Self-starter with solution-oriented mindset and adaptability.
• Strong proficiency in iOS and MS Office applications.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Aufgaben

• Drive sales by leading the team to meet and exceed daily revenue and metric-based goals.
• Support showroom KPIs including sales targets, conversion rates, UPT, and AOV.
• Assist in managing customer appointments and walk-in traffic to maximize sales opportunities.
• Hold team members accountable for achieving personal and team KPIs.
• Provide guidance and coaching to team members to enhance performance and customer interactions.
• Build relationships with high-value clients and ensure their needs are met with the highest level of service.
• Assist with floor management, staff scheduling, and ensure smooth workflow.
• Serve as acting leader on the sales floor during the absence of the Showroom Manager.
• Maintain seamless customer experience by completing operational tasks efficiently.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and ensure security.
• Perform routine checks to ensure safety standards.
• Conduct accurate fittings and pinning sessions to ensure garment fit.
• Collaborate with tailors to communicate customer requirements effectively.
• Educate customers on fitting process and delivery timelines.
• Support onboarding and training of new Style Guides.
• Mentor team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
