Job summary

Cambria is seeking a Showroom Manager and Designer Sales in Mobile, AL to oversee day-to-day showroom operations and deliver a premium, white-glove experience to trade partners and homeowners.

You will drive showroom visits through outreach to designers and influencers, master brand and product knowledge, assist clients with design solutions, merchandise displays, and collaborate with local sales teams to generate leads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or similar field.
• Minimum four years’ experience in a retail or showroom environment; experience in commercial/residential interior design industry a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build relationships with trade partners and homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the showroom.
• Plan, organize and execute space events with the events/gallery team.
• Generate sales leads and collaborate with local sales teams.
• Provide detailed product information and design solutions to homeowners and designers.
• Merchandise displays and maintain brand standards in the showroom.
