Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Design Consultant to meet with customers, listen to project needs, educate them on requirements, and create a design concept that reflects personal style, lifestyle, and budget.

You will greet customers, book appointments, advise on tile, wood, stone and accessories, and design and sell complete, functional design solutions while coordinating with store leadership to manage projects from inquiry to installation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year interior design or retail/sales experience.
• Degree in Design is a plus.
• Knowledge of hard surface flooring is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and support design walk-in needs.
• Schedule design appointments and develop clientele through referrals.
• Advise on tile, wood, stone and accessories for projects.
• Design and sell complete design solutions and coordinate with teams.
