Job Summary

We're looking for someone to host our showroom of beautiful flooring samples. This role involves helping homeowners to feel welcome when they enter our showroom, guiding them to the proper areas of the showroom for the various types of flooring, and helping them to sort through their options. You will be entering their basic information into our software system, checking out samples for them, if they choose to take some home, and making sure that someone follows up with them on a regular basis. If the customer needs special expertise, you will connect the customer with one of our experts. We have lots of training available that will set you up for success, even if you're new to the industry.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in the showroom, helping them choose the best flooring options to match their needs
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless sales process and provide top-notch customer service

Qualifications

• Friendly personality that easily connects with customers
• Ability to work well with others, and adapt to different personalities
• Willingness to learn about various flooring products and stay updated on industry trends

Requirements

• Good Communication Skills in English, written and oral
• Basic computer skills
• Availability for Saturday showroom coverage
