Hendrick Automotive Group's BMW of South Austin location seeks a friendly Guest Services Associate to manage front-desk activity, answer calls, and direct visitors with a professional demeanor. You will maintain logs, generate daily reports, handle data entry in dealership software, and support the sales department with accurate records while upholding our core values.

The role requires regular attendance with shifts possibly including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow instructions accurately.
• Strong communication and administrative skills.
• Proficiency with standard office software and dealership systems.

Responsabilités

• Performs opening and closing Guest Services procedures.
• Answers incoming phone calls in a courteous, prompt, and professional manner.
• Directs calls to the appropriate person and takes accurate messages.
• Maintains desk logs, phone logs, and various operation logs.
• Produces Daily Reports and performance metrics for guest services.
• Maintains CSI at or above company standards.
• Ensures a clean and welcoming showroom environment.
