• Proven experience in a front-desk or guest-services role at an automotive dealership.

Responsibilities

• Performs opening and closing Guest Services procedures.
• Answers incoming phone calls in a courteous, prompt, and professional manner.
• Directs phone calls to the appropriate person.
• Takes accurate messages and directs customers accordingly.
• Manages desk log, phone up log, loaner agreement log, dealer plate log, and gas card log.
• Produces Daily Reports: Daily Update, Performance Metric.
• Walks showroom hourly to greet guests and offer refreshments.
• Maintain CSI at or above company standards and ensure a clean, safe work area.
• Records all hours worked in company timekeeping system and adheres to safety rules.
