Job summary

Mountain Hearth & Patio in Colorado is seeking a full-time Showroom Sales Associate to join our Sales team. You will help customers select fireplace and hearth products through education, consultative sales, and personalized service.

The role requires welcoming customers, managing leads, preparing proposals, and meeting sales targets. Base pay is $17.60 per hour with 6% commission on each project; in-office schedule is 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, Saturdays 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, travel reimbursed, health and

Qualifications

• 1+ year in retail sales, customer service, or consultative sales.
• Training provided on products, installation basics, and sales process.
• Exposure to proposal/quote preparation and related home-improvement or design industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide showroom visitors through the fireplace selection process with a customer-first approach.
• Demonstrate products, tailor conversations to home heating needs and design preferences.
• Prepare and present detailed sales proposals in coordination with the Sales & Showroom Manager.
• Log customer information and follow up on open leads in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed monthly and seasonal sales targets and participate in showroom events.
