Job summary

Southwest Fireplace is seeking a Sales Project Manager to guide clients in our Frankfort showroom and throughout the sales process. You will advise on fireplace and patio products, coordinate orders, and schedule installations with our technician team.

The role offers a salary plus commissions, full benefits, and a Monday–Saturday schedule with no Sundays. We value customer-focused teammates who thrive in a collaborative environment across multiple showrooms.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to multi-task with attention to detail.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Associates Degree, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience is a plus but NOT required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the showroom and assist with sales or service inquiries.
• Learn about hearth products and stay up-to-date on new offerings.
• Answer sales calls and general product or service inquiries.
• Provide detailed explanation of products, features and functions.
• Quote and create sales orders using Southwest Fireplace’s guided sales process.
• Provide professional, accurate, and timely information on order status, product availability, shipment details, and installation scheduling with the technician team.
• Job-site measurements for product viability before installation.
• Accounts receivable follow-up on customer or builder orders.
• Various showroom tasks at the Palos Park location.
