Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree in Design or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of retail sales or customer service experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Great phone, email, and computer skills.
• Knowledge of color, tile and stone characteristics.
• Proven sales record and high sales aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist trade and walk-in customers with selecting and ordering materials.
• Answer questions in-person, via email, and by phone.
• Properly invoice orders and process credits.
• Receive payments and manage on-account transactions.
• Maintain client displays and merchandising samples.
