Job summary

Renewal by Andersen in the United States seeks a Marketing Representative I to engage homeowners at events, retail locations, and showroom shifts, generating qualified leads and setting in-home consultation appointments.

You will educate customers on window and door replacement solutions, deliver a world-class homeowner experience, and coordinate with the Event and Retail Manager to meet targets. This role offers growth opportunities and incentives.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and time-dependent activities.
• Flexibility with schedules and team participation.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Engage homeowners at events, retail locations, and showroom shifts to generate qualified leads.
• Educate customers on Renewal by Andersen window/door replacement solutions and sales process.
• Follow Lead Management to set appointments for in-home consultations.
• Deliver a World Class Homeowner Experience with clear communication and brand consistency.
• Attend Team Meetings and training identified by Event and Retail Manager/Supervisor.
• Assist with booth setup/teardown as needed.
