Job summary

Shaw Contract seeks a Showroom Manager in San Francisco to lead the space, inventory, events and customer experience. You will ensure the showroom is welcoming, current and well organized, while serving as a liaison among designers, architects, dealers and internal sales teams.

The role emphasizes showroom operations, sample management, pricing inquiries routing via Salesforce, and timely support for meetings, site visits and product selections, with a strong service mindset.

Qualifications

3+ years in customer service, showroom, hospitality, sales-support or related experience.

Responsibilities

Own the day-to-day showroom experience, keeping the space professional and current.
Welcome visitors, guide product options, and connect them with the appropriate Account Executive.
Maintain displays, architect folders, and showroom sample libraries; refresh collections.
Coordinate showroom services, cleaning, supplies, A/V and other facility needs.
Maintain showroom access and key-holder records.
Support regional and national sales with meetings, visits, pulls, and sample prep; route pricing inquiries via Salesforce.
Enter contacts, research pricing, and prepare or clone quotes as needed.
Assist Account Executives with pulling, staging and returning samples for meetings.
Provide responsive support while handling confidential information.
