You will partner with sales, marketing, and events teams to support client outreach, showroom events, and regional initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in showroom operations, visual merchandising, or luxury retail.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with inventory, sample management, and event coordination.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a welcoming presence for showroom clients and help them locate products.
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and readiness of showroom spaces and sample library.
• Support sample requests, product information, pricing inquiries, and shipments.
• Anticipate showroom needs and improve processes and efficiency.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and cross-functional partners on events and programs.
