Lovesac is seeking an Assistant Manager to create a welcoming in-store experience and help customers design products to fit their space. You will lead a team, educate customers, and ensure sales goals are met while preserving store standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience in retail.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Experience using CRM systems to support customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with customers using Lovesac selling techniques.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Lovesac products and services and educate customers and support associates.
• Guide customers from first interest to purchase, managing quotes and close of sale.
• Foster long-term relationships and brand loyalty through exceptional service.
• Conduct customer outreach using company tools and methods.
• Stay updated on selling/promotional strategies and adapt to changes.
