Job summary

Lovesac is seeking an Assistant Showroom Manager in our Denver area store to lead a high-energy sales team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach staff, model our selling process, and drive store performance while upholding Lovesac standards and values.

You will manage daily operations, ensure product knowledge, and build lasting client relationships. This role requires flexibility, travel for occasional meetings, and a commitment to customer-first service.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail management or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic and peak selling periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Must be able to travel to local stores and for occasional meetings.
• Demonstrate judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in handling transactions and data.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example greeting clients with energy and optimism, actively selling and following the Lovesac selling process.
• Drive results by building genuine connections that fuel loyalty and repeat business.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end, using curiosity to uncover needs and deliver exceptional service.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and create a fun, engaging experience, closing sales confidently.
• Take ownership of performance, meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Support store operations by guiding the team and maintaining floor coverage.
