Lovesac is seeking an Assistant Manager to create a welcoming in-store experience and help customers design products to fit their space. You will lead a team, demonstrate product knowledge, and drive sales with Lovesac’s selling techniques.

Responsibilities include managing quotes, closing sales, maintaining great customer relationships, and ensuring store operations run smoothly from opening to closing. You’ll stay current with promotions and strive to exceed KPIs while delivering exceptional

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High-School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of management experience in a retail or customer service environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to utilize technology for sales and customer support including product demos and CRM.
• Support omni-channel experience by being flexible at home store, local stores and third-party vendors, as well as remote shifts.
• Must be able to travel to local stores and vendors as required.
• Demonstrate judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in managing transactions and data.
• Able to move furniture up to 75 pounds; capable of assembly on selling floor.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers using Lovesac selling techniques.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and educate customers; support Associates.
• Guide customers from interest to purchase; manage quotes and close sales.
• Foster brand loyalty through exceptional service.
• Conduct customer outreach using company tools.
• Stay updated on selling and promotional strategies.
• Resolve customer issues to ensure positive shopping.
• Maintain store visually appealing per merchandising standards.
• Oversee store operations: opening/closing, inventory, exchanges, promotions.
• Utilize sales data to prioritize tasks and support daily operations.
• Follow policies and procedures to ensure safety and customer satisfaction.
• Meet sales goals and KPIs.
