Job summary

Andersen Corporation in Maryland is seeking a Showroom Coordinator to elevate homeowner experiences in our showroom and through outbound calling efforts. This role also manages daily operations for Event, Retail and Proximity Marketing programs.

You will audit leads, schedule appointments, support event coordination, and assist with recruiting outreach. Strong communication, Microsoft skills, and a customer-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
• Administrative experience with emphasis in operational organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated mastery of Renewal by Andersen's prescribed methodology.
• Ability to work and positively contribute in a team environment.
• Customer-facing service experience.
• Elevated technological skills including all Microsoft Programs.
• Ability to learn products quickly and clearly communicate them to customers.
• Ability to self manage time effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world class homeowner experience in showroom using prescribed methodology.
• Enter and audit all leads including sweepstakes, callbacks, and appointments.
• Outbound call assigned customer lists and generate lead flow for Non-Traditional sources.
• Support both non-traditional functions through permit coordination and event prospecting.
• Support recruiting efforts through candidate outreach, interview coordination, and onboarding support.
• Create, maintain, and update various schedules for events and employees.
• Other duties assigned by leadership
