Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking a Showroom Coordinator to enhance homeowner experiences in the showroom and through outbound calls. You will manage daily operations for Event, Retail and Proximity Marketing programs and handle lead entry and scheduling.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, strong written and verbal communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The role offers a pay range of $21.90–$31.70 per hour with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or experience equivalent.
• Administrative experience with emphasis in operational organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated mastery of Renewal by Andersen’s perscribed methodology.
• Ability to work and positively contribute in a team environment.
• Customer facing service experience.
• Elevated technological skills including all Microsoft Programs.
• Ability to learn products quickly and clearly communicate them to customers.
• Ability to self manage time effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Use our perscribed Methodology to deliver world class homeowner experience in the showroom 5%
• Enter and audit all leads including sweepstakes, callbacks, and appointments. 20%
• Outbound call assigned customer lists and generate lead flow for Non-Traditional sources 20%
• Support both non-traditional functions through permit coordination and event prospecting 20%
• Support recruiting efforts through candidate outreach, interview coordination, and onboarding support. 20%
• Create, maintain, and update various schedules for events and employees. 10%
• Other duties assigned by leadership 5%
