Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival in the showroom, learn their motivation and develop a lasting customer relationship.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls with a positive demeanor.
• Optimally communicate appointment policy.
• Manage customer sign‑ins, the appointment book and customer job folders.
• Maintain bid follow-up system and prepare literature packages.
• Address “Thank You” cards to customers for full house selections.
