Job summary

Dal-Tile is seeking a Showroom Design Consultant to provide interior design guidance, product selection expertise, and thorough follow-up to influence sales. You will use the showroom as a selling tool to drive specifications and brand awareness in our Tulsa showroom.

Responsibilities include logging client visits, nurturing leads, maintaining showroom displays, and supporting outside builders and designers. Evening and weekend hours are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of interior design principles and product trends.
• Proven ability to engage customers and close sales through showroom interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide interior design advice and product expertise to drive selections and sales.
• Log showroom visits and customer preferences in the CRM, and follow up to close sales.
• Prospect for new business with builders and designers, and attend industry events as needed.
• Maintain showroom samples and merchandising, including displays and new product launches.
• Plan and host showroom tours and events; evening/weekend hours required.
