Job summary

Dal-Tile in Tulsa is seeking a Showroom Design Consultant to provide interior design guidance and product expertise, helping customers make informed tile and stone selections and drive sales. The role uses the showroom as a selling tool and requires thorough follow-up to close deals.

You will maintain showroom samples, coordinate with suppliers, and plan events to boost brand awareness. Evening and weekend hours are required to meet client needs and sales goals.

Qualifications

• A four-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Four years of related experience, or a two-year degree plus two years of related experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides interior design advice and product expertise to facilitate selection and sales.
• Logs showroom visits and maintains detailed customer notes for follow-up.
• Prospects for new business with builders and designers and follows up on leads.
• Maintains showroom samples, merchandising, and coordinates with vendors.
• Plans and hosts showroom tours and industry events to drive brand awareness.
• Evening and weekend hours are required.
