The Glass Guru of West Houston is seeking a driven sales professional to generate leads and engage customers in-home or in-showroom. You will develop a deep understanding of customer needs and propose suitable glass products and services. Strong communication and organization are essential for managing details from quotes to installation.

Applicants should have residential glass experience and in-home sales exposure. HS diploma required; background check and drug test required.

Qualifications

• 2 years residential glass experience (glazing, ordering, estimating, and/or office/project management).
• In-home sales experience preferred.
• HS Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Self-generate leads through promotion of company products and services to potential customers.
• Interact with customers in home/showroom to understand customer needs.
• Proactively suggest company products and services addressing customer needs.
• Convey and manage realistic customer expectations.
• Accurately measure rough openings to facilitate pricing and ordering.
