Ferguson is seeking a Showroom Coordinator to support our showroom team. You will greet guests, learn their needs, and build lasting customer relationships while handling phone inquiries, appointments, and literature packages with a positive, professional demeanor.

Your role includes managing sign-ins, folders, and bid follow-ups, ensuring accurate records, and contributing to a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced showrooms environment.

Ferguson is currently seeking a Showroom Coordinator to join our team!

Schedule:

40 hoursper week, Monday - Friday8:30am to 5:00pm with a rotating Saturdayshift10:00am to 2:00pm. An alternate weekday off will be provided when a Saturday shift is scheduled.

Pay:

Starting at $25 per hour or higher depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arriving in our showroom, learn their motivation for their visit and developing a lasting customer relationship
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls with a positive demeanor
• Optimally communicate appointment policy
• Manage customer sign-ins, appointment book and customer job folders
• Maintain bid follow-up system and prepare literature packages
• Address "Thank You" cards to customers for full house selections

Qualifications:

• Have a high school diploma/GED or equivalent education.
• Experience in sales and customer service
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as required
• Proficient with the following software applications: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook
• Attention to detail in task oriented job responsibilities.
• Analytical thinking and an eye for business
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Pay Range:

$15.00 - $30.47

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
