Ferguson Enterprises, LLC in Mount Juliet, TN, is seeking a Showroom Coordinator to join our team. You will greet guests, manage appointments, and support a high-volume showroom with a focus on customer relationships and smooth operations.

The role requires a high school diploma, sales or customer service experience, and proficient computer skills. Competitive benefits and a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional Saturday coverage are offered.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls with a positive demeanor
• Optimally communicate appointment policy
• Manage customer sign-ins, appointment book and customer job folders
• Maintain bid follow-up system and prepare literature packages
• Address “Thank You” cards to customers for full house selections

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm plus 1 Saturday(10am-3pm) per month

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arriving in our showroom, learn their motivation for their visit and developing a lasting customer relationship

Pay Range:

- Pay Range: - $15.00 - $18.08 - Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles. - This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible. - Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
