What You’ll Do

• Host and guide trade clients through personalized product selection appointments


• Build lasting relationships and support clients across multiple projects


• Manage proposals, orders, and follow-ups with a strong sense of ownership


• Stay up-to-date on vendor lines, product specs, and new offerings


• Maintain showroom standards — keeping displays current, samples organized, and the studio presentation-ready


• Support business development through networking, referrals, and client outreach

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a high-end showroom environment is required


• Interior design, kitchen & bath, or architectural hardware experience is a plus


• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills


• Highly organized and accountable — able to manage multiple projects simultaneously


• Comfortable in a fast-paced, small business setting


• Self-motivated and eager to grow within a close-knit, design-forward team
