Job summary

Audi Parker is looking for a customer-focused showroom assistant to greet guests, collect basic information, answer inquiries, and direct customers to the right department. You will help maintain a welcoming sales floor and support the team with appointments and light marketing tasks.

We value professional appearance, strong customer service, and reliability. A high school diploma is required; service industry experience is a plus.

• Maintains a sophisticated appearance and demeanor.
• Service industry experience encouraged.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greets showroom customers and determines the nature of their visit….Sales or Service
• Obtains and records basic customer demographic information using a dealership sales control system.
• Answers basic customer inquiries and refers more extensive questions to the appropriate person.
• Directs customers to the correct department, notifies the appropriate salesperson that a customer is waiting for, or introduces the customer to a salesperson.
• Maintain sales floor appearance
• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods of time
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
• Follow scheduled hours as needed, defined by your manager.
• Assumes the role of Audi Technologist for Audi Parker and assists with deliveries
• Aids in appointment setting with direction from GM and Sales Managers.
• Aid in assigned projects for marketing, events, and outreach campaigns
