Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in construction/technical sectors
• Strong network with architects and interior designers
• Experience leading small teams
• Proven ability to generate sales and manage client relationships
• Ability to plan and execute events for architects and designers
• Knowledge of construction market and industry trends

Responsibilities

• Develop and build relationships with key architects and designers in the area
• Manage key customers in the area: planning, visits, development of the relationship, sales
• Identify potential leads and track them until the close of the trade
• Lead and motivate the design team to grow sales and brand recognition
• Accelerate brand recognition with effective positioning and product training
• Manage relationships through face-to-face visits and generate sales per goals
