Job summary

Lovesac in Fargo, ND is seeking an Assistant Manager to create a welcoming in-store experience and help customers design products that fit their space. You will lead by example, guide the team, and ensure exceptional service aligned with Lovesac's standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of retail or customer service management, plus flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays. You’ll travel up to 25% when needed and contribute to store operations, inventory, and promotions.

Qualifications

• High-School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of management experience in a retail or customer service environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with customers and demonstrate Lovesac products and services to educate customers and support the team.
• Guide customers from first interest to purchase, focusing on quotes, closing the sale, and maintaining relationships.
• Foster long-term relationships and brand loyalty through consistent, exceptional service.
• Conduct customer outreach using company tools and communication methods.
• Oversee store operations including opening/closing, inventory, exchanges, and promotions to company standards.
• Prioritize tasks using sales data and reports to meet goals and KPIs.
