Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Continuously expand your knowledge of the real estate market, industry practices, and emerging trends through training and professional development opportunities.
• Assist our real estate agents in conducting property showings.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments for property viewings, ensuring efficient and organized tours.
• Accompany clients to property showings, providing relevant information about the property and addressing their questions or concerns.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with clients, fostering positive relationships.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to property showings, such as preparing and organizing listing materials and maintaining documentation.
• Collaborate with agents and other team members to ensure smooth communication and seamless customer service.
