The Halstead Team is seeking a Showing Assistant in California to join a top-performing real estate group. You will support buyers, conduct open houses, and convert leads into appointments within a coaching-driven, results-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly.
• Conduct two open houses monthly.
• Convert prospecting activities to appointments.
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards.
• Participate in team activities per team standards.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, weekly trainings, and Partner Call.
• Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer agreements and identify homes.
• Write and negotiate offers for buyers.
• Track activities and clients with PLACE Technology.
