The role emphasizes training, coaching, and process improvement to ensure project success, on-time delivery, and revenue growth. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required for site visits and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in the installation, construction, and home remodeling industry.
• Proven success in achieving and reporting KPIs and overseeing revenues of $15MM or more.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team success and employee engagement.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record and a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation team to install products effectively and profitably.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve processes for warehouse operations and pre-installation measurement.
• Visit job sites to meet customers, resolve issues, and observe employees.
