Job summary

West Shore Home in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Shower and Bath Installer to join a technology-driven home improvement leader. The role starts at 6:30 AM, Monday–Friday, with on-site work at customer locations across the Buffalo area and surrounding communities.

You will perform safe installations, demo existing fixtures, and install new tub/pan, wall surrounds, and plumbing updates while maintaining a clean, professional job site. A focus on safety and a 5-star customer experience is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, or construction preferred.
• Knowledge of hand and power tools beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
