ACT Entertainment is hiring a Demo & RMA Specialist in Cincinnati, OH. The role supports the demo equipment lifecycle—from packing shipments to coordinating with warehouse and service teams.

Ideal candidates have ≥2 years warehouse experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and basic product knowledge. Non-exempt, full-time with emphasis on accuracy and process adherence to ensure show-ready gear.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least two years of warehouse work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of company product codes and terminology.
• Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipments — pack, protect, and label boxes for domestic and international pickups, and monitor shipments in transit.
• Coordinate activities between the warehouse and service departments.
• Keep meticulous records — document items shipped and verify identifying information, quantity, and condition.
• Inspect incoming orders and verify counts against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Conduct inventory cycle counts and replenish items as needed.
• Assemble components and perform quality checks against spec sheets.
• Generate purchase orders for marketing vendors and intercompany shipments.
• Use TrackIt and AX software to stay organized.
• Provide team support and test demo equipment to ensure show readiness.
