Job summary

ACT ENTERTAINMENT in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Full Time Manual Labor Warehouse Associate. The role focuses on warehousing, shipping/receiving, order tracking, on-time deliveries, testing and packaging products. You will also handle cycle counts and demo prep in a fast-paced environment.

You'll work under the Warehouse Manager and coordinate with service departments. A high school diploma and 2+ years of warehouse experience are required, with strong safety and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 2 years warehouse experience.
• Basic knowledge of moving lights is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and safety awareness skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipments by packing, labeling, and protecting boxes for domestic and international pickups.
• Coordinate activities between the warehouse and service departments.
• Document items shipped and verify quantity and condition.
• Process orders, inspect items, and note discrepancies.
• Conduct inventory cycle counts and replenishment.
• Assemble and label components, conduct quality checks.
• Generate purchase orders for vendors and intercompany shipments.
• Utilize TrackIt and Microsoft AX for tracking and inventory.
• Provide team support and assist with demo prep and testing.
