Qualifications

• High School Diploma or its equivalency.
• 2-4 years of related work experience.
• Experience calendaring events and coordinating promotions.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Photoshop.
• Strong written and verbal communication, PR, social media, and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains ad plans for AEG Presents shows, tours and festivals; assist media buying and Google campaigns.
• Create and review press releases; coordinate PR requests with publicists.
• Monitor regional marketing trends and analyze fan demographics to target audiences.
• Support day-of-show activities: radio setups, remote broadcasts, and media coordination.
• Develop and distribute weekly newsletters and manage electronic campaigns.
