Elevation3D, LLC is seeking an Account Coordinator in Las Vegas to support logistics planning and on-site services for client shows. You will work with account teams to provide accurate information to internal departments and help manage show service orders, supervisor packages, and schedules.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines with minimal supervision.

Formación

Ability to manage several deadline-driven projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
Capable of working without supervision.

Responsabilidades

Maintain and monitor client's annual show schedule and confirm space.
Maintain show information in Ellie.
Organize client preview meetings and coordinate on-site tours, training and hospitality.
Invoice service-related contracts and reconcile costs and variances.
Order and manage all show-related service orders and deadlines.
Coordinate A/V, lighting and vendor logistics including COIs and floor plans.
Arrange transportation for client products and equipment.
Work with vendors to estimate and book labor and transportation.
Confirm supervisor availability and schedule on-site coverage.
Represent Elevation3D professionally on- and off-site.
Maintain strong relationships with internal clients.
