Elevation3D is seeking an Account Coordinator to collaborate with account teams on logistics planning and on-site services. You will help provide accurate information to internal departments to coordinate production activities and support show service ordering, supervisor packages, and schedules.

You will maintain show schedules, verify regulations, organize client previews, and create supervisor packages while coordinating labor, transportation, and vendor requirements to ensure smooth on-site

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor client's annual show schedule, confirm space size and obstacles.
• Research show regulations and petition for variances when needed.
• Maintain show info in Ellie system.
• Assist with client preview meetings and coordinate on-site tours, training, and hospitality.
• Invoice service-related contracts and reconcile costs against budgets.
