Job summary

ELEVATION3D is seeking a Senior Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, steering projects from concept to completion. You will manage client relationships of 3 million plus, drive sales within existing accounts, and oversee budgets to ensure value and efficiency.

This in-office role offers a path to hybrid work after 90 days, requiring strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of events, marketing or exhibit production.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management in events/marketing/exhibit industry.
• Strong sales and relationship management skills.
• Excellent financial expertise and ability to manage large budgets.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely execution.
• Ability to read CAD detail drawings to enhance project efficiency.
• Experience managing $3 million+ revenue.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen client relationships to secure long-term partnerships.
• Develop and implement account growth strategies with Account Executives.
• Oversee projects from concept to execution including design, production, logistics, and on-site support.
• Ensure project timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met by internal teams.
• Monitor budgets, contracts, estimates, and invoices for accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate exhibit inventory, logistics, procurement, and show services.
• Provide strategic solutions and mentorship to junior staff.
• Maintain comprehensive records and ensure compliance with industry policies.
