Valence Surface Technologies in Everett, WA seeks an operator to enhance surface finishes on parts and select appropriate machines per customer specs. You will monitor production, report issues, and perform routine tests in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires adherence to safety guidelines, strong attention to detail, and timely communication with teams. PPE is provided; ITAR guidelines apply for eligible candidates in the United States.

• Anticipate and overcome production-related problems, material shortages, equipment malfunctions, and unavoidable delays where possible and plan to reduce their impact on the operation
• Perform daily tests to determine size and shape of media
• Run test specimens and provide them to customers as required

Requirements:

Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (Required)

Compensation Range: $20.77 to $23.00 per hours (DOE) + shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift.

Temperatures in the work environment can fluctuate with outside weather conditions. Due to the manufacturing environment, Personal Protection Equipment may be required including safety glasses, goggles, aprons, rubber boots, gloves, and a respirator (provided by Company).
