Job summary

G&D Integrated is seeking a Shot Blast Specialist to prepare parts for paint. You will load materials with an overhead crane, blast to remove corrosion, and create a coating-ready profile. You will enter completed material into the GDI portal for billing and use grinders to clean debris.

The position requires a HS diploma or GED and may require forklift experience; training will be provided. 2nd shift hours are 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM with $19–$20 per hour plus a $2 shift premium.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Forklift training will be provided after hire.
• Experience with hand/power tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unstack and load/unload product in the shot blast room.
• Operate the shot blast machine safely and efficiently.
• Maintain equipment and media levels for blasting.
• Use overhead crane to move materials as required.
• Operate sit-down power industrial truck as trained.
• Use hand/power grinders to remove debris.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
