Job summary

Gibraltar Industries' The D.S. Brown Company in North Baltimore, OH, is hiring for a 2nd shift manufacturing role.

Responsibilities include manual blasting, masking, painting preparation, coating application (painting and metalizing), and QC data recording. A high school diploma or GED is required; ability to operate forklifts and overhead cranes; wear respirator; and run Pangborn blaster and related equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to operate forklifts and overhead cranes.
• Operate Pangborn with minimal guidance.
• Wear a forced air respirator with protective hood.
• Use of blaster hose 10# and metalizing nozzle 20#.
• Must be able to perform either manual blasting or painting.

Responsibilities

• Manual blasting of component parts and assemblies; operate Pangborn blaster; masking and prep for painting.
• Apply coating including painting and metalizing; perform QC measurements and record keeping.
